Complaints

If you aren't happy, we want to hear about it.  Every complaint we receive is exmained in-depth, so we can try and put it right and esnure the issue doesn't happen again.

 

There are lots of ways to get in touch, but it's probably easiest to ring us directly. If you email or write a letter, it might take up to ten days to get back to you.

However, you make a complaint, you'll need to give us your full company name, and postal address linked with your service. This will help us investigate and ring you back quickly.
